All orders from the Stockroom are aimed to be dispatched within 2 working days. Any orders that include Configure-to-Order items will have lead times longer than this: check your order for details.

Items are dispatched via Royal Mail or UPS. Tracking is offered on orders above £25.

If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of purchase, please contact us and we will aim to locate your item(s). Your statutory rights are not affected.
