If you need to contact us regarding an existing order, please use the information provided in the order confirmation or warranty note.

We'll aim to respond to all messages prompty but please bear with us during busy periods.

 

Payment	Accepted via shopify payments. All major cards and payment providers are accepted. If you require specific invoices please get in touch.
Shipping	All items are shipped domestically via Royal Mail or UPS. International buyers should get in touch if you have specific requirements.
Returns	All purchases are covered by your statutory rights. Our own warranty is in addition to these. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receipt at no charge. Please get in touch if you need to submit a warranty claim or for servicing and repair.
