Refund policy

Most items on our store are covered by our 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dcg-ipod.affinityco.net. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our UK address 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that for custom or configure-to-order items, returns can only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. We can provide shipping labels for returns of damaged or faulty items only; other returns must be sent at the cost of the purchaser.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Warranty
Some products may be covered by an additional service warranty. Any details thereof will be described in the details of the product on its product page, and provided in the order. If you need to contact us regarding a warranty, contact us and we will respond with details on how to return your item(s) and which resolutions are available to you. Following any warranty service, the item(s) will remain covered by the same terms as the original warranty for a period of three (3) months, or until the end of the original period, whichever is earlier.

International Returns
If you need to return an item to us and you are outside of the UK, then you will need to ship the goods internationally. We reccommend doing so using a 'Delivery Duty Paid' (DDP) service, to ensure that customs declarations are done in advance. Packages must be sent and described as Returned Goods so that the correct import costs are paid. If any incorrect customs information results in additional costs at import, we may deduct these costs from any refund paid. Once you have returned the goods, if you paid import duties or tax when receiving them you may be entitled to receive a refund of these charges; check your local import laws and regulations. 


Your Statutory Rights
Depending on your location, you may have statutory rights regarding returning or cancelling your order. For UK customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have returned your item from overseas or internationally, you must ensure that all customs documents are correctly filled to avoid charges. Any charges incurred will be deducted from the refund total. Items that are returned in a different condition or otherwise have been modified may be subject to deductions in the refund amount.
